Description
"You really do remember me this time? I'm SO FLATTERED. But you're too late!!!"
Heyo, it's Axel! He's smad.
Recently I got genuinely angry, which I rarely do -- so I decided to vent my fleeting burst of feelings into this drawing. I'm pleased with how it turned out. I rarely draw characters with intense expressions so it's a nice change of pace. The flames were intensely fun as well.
I'm sorry for not posting as much here. I've been drawing frequently, but they're mostly doodles that I post exclusively on Tumblr (for now). Check my blog out if you want.
I used Photoshop Cs6 + a texture

like, just looking at the thumbnail alone, you can see this piece has great composition and a super beautiful color palette
but, if you don't fullsize it, you miss all the good little details! like that motion blur on the flames and hands - very subtle but also super dramatic and lovely!
and on a personal note, i love the brush you used. it really gives this artwork kind of like a traditional edge
