Workin' on a Novella

For those who don't know, a novella is a long short story or a short novel.  

You guys are probably unaware, but I really like writing. I've gained some compliments over the years from my English teachers (I don't mean to brag, i'm sorry -- truth be told, i'm super rusty).

However, no matter how much I like writing -- generally I tend to abandon my stories unless I get it done in a short amount of time or if I have a deadline.

(you guys can probably tell I haven't visited my fan fiction account in along time...i've been reading a lot of others' stories though from other places so I may just start picking it up again)

However...this novella i'm working on is actually for my Creative Writing class. We have till the end of the month to complete everything.

Before this, I worked on a short story (which I completed and will post when i'm done with the novella). My novella basically takes place after my previous short story and expands on the main characters much more.

The plot is such:

Annie comes from a rather wealthy family and is forced to find a suitor in exchange for her parents paying for her tuition. Through strange circumstances, she meets a handsome fellow who turns out to be...well, not exactly a fellow but a woman herself. Convinced that this stranger can act as her fiancé, the two strike a deal. In a society where woman are expected to be obedient to men, will this ridiculous plan actually work?

I hope this doesn't sound cliche. But nonetheless, i'm very excited to get this all done.  

I hope you all will take the time to read it when it's finished. It would be very much appreciated.  

That being said, along with other school work and having to work on a couple art stuff...having to manage everything is making me a little stressed.  

But I'm sure things will turn out fine....maybe? Lol
